Born and raised in Los Angeles California, I moved to South Florida in 2011 and fell in love. The Miami cliche “we live where you vacation” couldn’t have embodied the atmosphere any better. Since the first day I stayed in an AirBNB I have always believed that the modern day vacation rental would be a serious and more personal alternative to classic hotels. After owning my first rental and learning the business, I developed a passion for wanting to help others who desired bringing the South Florida experience to travelers world wide.

A true local to South Florida, I was born and raised right here in Broward County. As an avid traveler, I have always loved staying in AirBNBs because it allowed me to have a more authentic experience of the city I was exploring. When presented with the opportunity to become a host in my hometown I was thrilled to bring that same experience to people visiting South Florida. I jumped in head first and it wasn’t long before I realized I had found something that I was not only passionate about, but that I could be successful at as well.

Our Story

After getting involved in the world of owning our first rental property, we had the brilliant idea of putting our house up on AirBNB. Things were going well, but we quickly realized that vacation rentals can be a lot more work than we initially thought. Once we went on the quest to find somebody to manage our property, we realized that true local vacation rental specialists were few and far between in South Florida. Vanessa loved hospitality and making guests feel special, while I loved creating systems to maximize occupancy. This natural match inspired us to help others looking to enjoy the benefits of owning a vacation rental without the stress of managing one.
