This home is conveniently located 7 minutes away from the beach, and 5 minutes away from downtown Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, and Wilton Drive. We are located 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale International Airport.

We recommend either driving or using an Uber to get around.

Note: This is one side of a duplex, however, the backyard is completely separate and the pool is private and not accessible to anybody else.
