Note: This is one side of a duplex, however, the backyard is completely separate and the pool is private and not accessible to anybody else.

House had everything you could possibly need. Private backyard and safe neighborhood, away from the spring break craziness. Check out Hugh Taylor state park if you ever want/need to leave the house!
Wonderful peaceful place - loved the pool! Very quiet and great area. Vanessa was great at communicating. The only downside was the internet was down during our visit, but other than that everything was great.

We had a great stay. We started out just a quick trip the two of us, but then friends joined us, so to update the reservation was no bother, and there was adequate space. We did run into an inconvenience with a few things, but the host was responsive, and was looking into getting those fixed after we left. Overall great stay.
We just recently had a very nice visit to Fort Lauderdale for the Halloween weekend. Not only was the weather perfect but the location of this property and the beautiful backyard pool made the mini vacation all the better! Super clean space, and in the middle of everything that Fort Lauderdale has to offer! Very private and nice quiet little neighborhood; yet minutes away from all of The action! We would stay here again!
Vanessa was a very attentive Host!! The location was clean,cozy, & just as described! I was so busy enjoying the amenities and surrounding local activities that I actually was the one unresponsive..😂😂 Vanessa, thanks for allowing me to experience your beautiful and relaxing space! I would definitely rebook upon visiting again!
We loved the space, especially how cozy and private the backyard was. Also had laundry units which were super useful. Highly recommend the space to anyone staying in the Fort Lauderdale area

- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:

- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
