We had an amazing stay for my birthday! The property was exactly as shown in the listing, everything was clean, comfortable, and matched the photos perfectly. One of my favorite parts was definitely the pool; we spent so much time enjoying it and it really made the trip special. Would love to stay here again in the future! 🏡☀️🎉
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a host. I’ve stayed at many airbnbs and had expeptional experiences. First off it took over 24 hours for the a/c to cool down from 77-79, and even after it struggled to stay below 75, which is very hot for Florida. My spouse had surgery and in pictures they display perfectly white sheets, but underneath the sheets is a dirty duvet. I messaged the host within 2 hours of being there and got no response. She offered for an a/c company to come out the day I was checking out. They do not have a linen closet or extra sheets/blanket, as well as the dryer being broken. So I was unable to change out the sheets or wash them. The back of the bathroom door had pubic hair, along with all the trim with water damage. The walls had multiple re-patched areas. I asked for a partial refund due do being hot and dirty sheets and she offered $0. Airbnb apologized on their behalf and gave me a partial reimbursement. Poor hosting.
Our stay at the Airbnb was very good! The host responded promptly and was always very helpful. We really enjoyed the pool, and the location is excellent everything is nearby and very convenient. The place was very clean, well organized, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We had a great experience and would definitely stay there again!
