Maintenance and Operations Coordinator:

• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are met.

• Coordinate and oversee service contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or improvements.

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, work orders, and property conditions. (20 vacation rental properties)

• Respond promptly to tenant or guest maintenance requests to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Plan, administer, and control contractor, equipment, and supplies budgets. Assist in budgeting and planning for routine maintenance and capital improvement projects.

• Act as the final checkpoint before guest arrivals, addressing functional and presentation details.

REQUIREMENTS: HS + Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance, facilities, or related field. Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment strongly preferred.

Knowledge of building systems, ability to prioritize multiple properties and tasks, good organizational and communication skills. Ability to perform physical maintenance tasks, lift equipment, and handle on-site repairs as needed.
