The Vista Park Reef is about 1,000 feet from the shore and includes coral, sea fans, and tropical fish. It is a popular spot for divers because the water is between eight and 20 feet deep. Hollywood North Beach Park
On Hollywood North Beach Park’s shoreline, there are several two- to four-foot ledges that are 175 yards away. This Fort Lauderdale snorkeling hotspot is one of the deepest at about 15 feet deep. Here, you’ll have a chance of seeing tarpon, barracuda, tarpon, and even nurse sharks. You will only have to pay for parking at the metered lot since it is one of the lesser-known snorkeling spots in Fort Lauderdale. It is important to bring a dive flag and snorkeling equipment on this adventure.
